Microsoft Outlook
Microsoft Outlook is a personal information manager developed by Microsoft. It is available as a part of the Microsoft Office suite or as a stand-alone application. It is also part of Office 365, Microsoft’s subscription based offering.

Primarily an email application, Outlook also includes an integrated calendar, task manager, contact manager, note pad, and journal.

Outlook can be used on its own as a stand-alone application, or it can work with Microsoft Exchange Server and Microsoft SharePoint Server for multiple users in an organization to offer such features as shared mailboxes and calendars, Exchange public folders, SharePoint lists, and meeting schedules.
